REMONDIÈRE PROJECTS is a Spatial Design Studio founded by Maximilien Remondière.
Based in Paris and Mexico City, the studio operates globally, blending architecture, modular construction, and spatial innovation to create thoughtful and impactful design solutions.

‘‘ After graduating from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Building Engineering and from Central Saint Martins in Architecture, I explored various design disciplines, from spatial design to fashion, shaping a multidisciplinary approach to my work.

In recent years, I have collaborated with Modular01, an innovative modular architecture platform, on projects in Mexico and Europe, promoting sustainable timber construction and community-driven living spaces.

My experience also extends to the renovation of historic stone houses, particularly in France, where I have worked on preserving heritage while introducing modern, functional elements that respect the buildings' original character. These projects have taught me the importance of craftsmanship, material integrity, and adapting traditional structures to contemporary needs.

Whether working on renovations or new modular concepts, my vision centers on creating structured, layered, and conscious designs, recognizing the importance of sustainability, innovation, and transforming urban and rural landscapes to support growing communities and individual well-being. ‘‘
